Cancellation / Substitution: Provided that the total fee has been paid, substitutions at no extra fee will be allowed. All bookings carry a $250 cancellation fee for written cancellations received 10 business days prior to the event. We reserve the right to change event dates, sites, location, and event features without penalty. In the event the conference is cancelled, all monies will be refunded.
